One of the nation’s leading lawyers in the field of accident law, Albert Stark has pioneered the use of video and demonstrative evidence in the courtroom. Victories led to safer cars, bicycles, recreational vehicles, industrial equipment and roads. He has received awards recognizing his expertise, advocating for people with brain, spinal cord and burn injuries.

He is an effective speaker, has hosted radio and television programs, and has written articles on the use of video in the courtroom, brain injuries, unsafe roads and mediation. He is the author of Beyond The Bar – Challenges in a Lawyer’s Life (2002) and A War Against Terror through My Lens (2006).

A graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Stark is a partner in the Stark & Stark law firm with offices in Princeton and Marlton, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Bucks County, Pennsylvania and New York City. He practices in the firm’s Personal Injury Group where he concentrates on seriously injured clients, particularly those who suffer from severe brain, spinal cord and burn injuries.

Stark is a member of the Mercer County, New Jersey, and American Bar Associations. He had been qualified as an Arbitrator with the United States District Court and has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. Prior to joining Stark & Stark, he was a Ford Foundation Fellow and an Assistant to the Governor of New Jersey.

The New Jersey Trial Lawyers Association recognized Mr. Stark with its Trial Bar Award in 2000. He has been named a Super Lawyer and one the Best Lawyers in America.

He lives with his wife, Ellen, in Princeton.
